How I work
Most of what I do is unglamorous. I read plans and budgets, ask about the parts that are still open, and tell you plainly what I think.
When you book a consultation, you get me — not a team, not a queue. Advisory work is done in scheduled sessions with a defined scope, and nothing is automated.
